www.kansascity.com/491/story/515494.htmlBengals sign DE OdomBy Sports Network The Sports Network The Cincinnati Bengals landed their first free agent of the offseason Monday, signing former Tennessee Titans defensive end Antwan Odom to a five-year deal. The contract is expected to be worth about $30 million, with around $11 million guaranteed. The four-year pro out of Alabama registered eight sacks last season, six more than his previous career high. Odom is expected to replace Justin Smith, who recently signed with San Francisco, at right end. The move comes after the Bengals had two different trades fall through over the past few days. A deal for Jets defensive tackle Dewayne Robertson unraveled Monday when the two sides couldn't come to terms on a new contract for Robertson. Two days prior, the NFL voided a trade that would have sent defensive tackle Shaun Rogers to Cincinnati. Rogers ended up with the Browns instead.
