Financial terms were not released. Ayanbadejo, 31, is a veteran of five NFL seasons with Miami (2003-04) and Chicago (2005-07), and has made the Pro Bowl the past two seasons on special teams. In 2007, Ayanbadejo made 26 special teams tackles and forced two fumbles, and posted 28 the previous two years with the Bears. Ayanbadejo, a UCLA product, has 124 special teams tackles and four forced fumbles in 80 career games. "Brendon elevates our special teams, but he will also help us as a linebacker," head coach John Harbaugh said. "His style of play and demeanor is great for the Ravens. Teams will have to scheme to try and handle Brendon."
