The Brigade has released its schedule for the 2008 season.
The team will make its Sprint Center debut in the season opener against Tampa Bay on Saturday, March 1. It’s the first of five home games Kansas City will have in its first seven games, including a Monday night game against Chicago on April 14, which will be broadcast on ESPN2.
Fans can look forward to the return of former Brigade stars defensive end B.J. Cohen and defensive back Kenny McEntyre when Orlando comes to town on Sunday, May 18. Both were Brigade team captains last season, but McEntyre was traded, and Cohen left as a free agent this offseason.
The Brigade also announced that all games will be broadcast on WHB (810 AM). It’s a change from last season, when its games were broadcast on KCXM (97.3 FM).
